I noticed an "unassigned" source for an HTTP request to my web-server.
Not a hostname.  Not an IP number (which is what I normally get if the
IP can't be reverse-looked-up).

What does this mean?  A bug in Apache, or is there a normal way that this
can happen with NetBSD?  Or should I be concerned about this?

The host is NetBSD 1.6 (with some security updates, notably sshd).  Apache
is apache2 from pkgsrc.
