Hi
Still trying to work this one out.
I'd like to update kernel sources on my 1.6.1 box using anonymous CVS.
Read the excellent man pages and the FAQs. Can't understand a single
word of it. I've never used a CVS system and so need some help.
When I update from CVS do I 'cd' to somewhere on my own system before
I get started ? Other one is... the docs say something about
exporting something to somewhere in order to use CVS. No clue what
that means. So, after I export something I then do an update command.
Would this be something like 'checkout CVS' or something ?
I know that there is a .cvs file somewhere which might have
configuration options but can't find that. Presumably this is created
when I connect to the CVS repository.
Thanks
Richard
