I have a Diamond mx300, which uses the au8830 (vortex2) chipset.
I noted that the au8820 had been added to current some time back,
but did not see a note about the au8830.  The aureal is not
shown at all in the supported devices list on your website.

What is the status of the au8830 in NetBSD current or stable?
