Machine specs:
cpu               = Pentium 3 1.0ghz
motherboard = Shuttle AV18E
video card     = Geforce 2 MX400
Ram              = 512 SDram w/ECC pin 168 (disabled within BIOS)
Hard drive     = Seagate Barracuda IV 40 gigs
cdrom            = Creative Lab burner 12*10*32
dvd rom         = generic
OS                  = NetBSD 1.6.1

    I'm trying to install NetBSD on the machine listed above, but when 
ever I try to install the set misc.tgz I get segmentation fault -core 
dumped.  Is there something I can do?  I believe the hardware is fine, 
being that I had another BSD OS running.
