I'm trying to use cups-1.1.19nb1 from pkgsrc on a NetBSD/i386 1.6.1=20
machine. I've done this successfully in the past.

I've got two printers which are reachable via lpd://server/name (the server =

is an old Tru64 4.0 box). I installed cups on my NetBSD machine,=20
configured the printers, then sent test jobs. In cups, one printer shows=20
the error "Remote host did not respond with command status byte after 300=20
seconds!" and the other says "Unable to send LPD command: Broken pipe".=20
Before I installed cups, both worked from the NetBSD machine via "lpr=20
-Pname".

Has anyone run into this problem before? Any suggestions?

     -Kevin
