Try looking for Cervisia - it is a rather good tool for working with
CVS. You will need a checked out tree locally for it to work with, but
it can also browse the log, show graphical diffs between arbitrary
versions, help resolve merge conflicts etc. The graphical diff alone
made it worthwhile for me, the rest is a bonus.
