Thanks. I was just reading it wrong and misunderstood the use of
ifconfig in the process. Now for the real question.

My hope was to use the NetBSD box as a bridge between two physical
network segments using the same IP address space. However, I cannot
get the bridge to pass packets, even though brconfig reports it as up
and indicates a large cache of ethernet addresses.

I have tried bridging two interfaces (ep0 and wi0), both when they had
IP addresses assigned to them and when they did not. I guess I'm
confused about how the interfaces that take part in the bridge should
be configured. Note that the box will forward packets between the
interfaces when they are configured as distinct subnets, just not when
they are bridged.

Any suggestions or examples are welcome. Thanks.

Cheers,
Brook
