I've been meaning to ask about the difference between:

    /pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/tar_files/pkgsrc.tar.gz
                       ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
and /pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.x.x/source/sets/pkgsrc.tar.gz
                       ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
There are a couple of architectures for which current is not available or
is buggy, e.g., i386/pc98 (at level of 1.4.3a) and sparc on an old IPC with
the software cache-flush problem (safe at level of 1.5.3). Should I be
using the "pkgsrc.tar.gz" in the respective "1.x.x/source/sets/" directories
when installing on these older releases? TIA.
