thanks for your answer.
i've installer pkgsrc, in my usr/pkg directory and run
make and make install in pkgsrc/databases/mysql-server
and also in mysql-client;

the probleme i have now is :
"can't connect to local mysql server througth socket
'/tmp/mysql.socket' when i try to launch mysql.

any idea forme ?
