Hello,

how can I use readline like editing keystrokes when using the perl
debugger?

I tried
perl -d -e0
and expected that then the readline keystrokes are understood. But
rather strange characters appear on the screen.

I've NetBSD 1.6, a binary package collection for i386 (6 CDROMs, I
guess the official ones), downloaded and compiled the kernel sources.
I've installed perl-5.8.0.tgz.
