Hello, I've been trying to set up altq to control my bandwidth use, but I'm
running into a basic problem. I get this error:
xiamin@ghostpriest ~ % sudo altqd
Password:
altqd: can't open altq device: No such file or directory
xiamin@ghostpriest ~ % 

The man pages don't mention what devices to create, and neither MAKEDEV nor
the generic 1.6.1_RC3 kernel config mention any. What am I supposed to do?
