I might be (completely) wrong here, but to my opinion, it is good=20
practise to send problems to the appropriate mailing list first, and=20
only later use send-pr. This way we don't get myriads of pr-s, that=20
shouldn't be there, and in many cases a solution to the pr can be=20
posted immediately. Just a thought anyhow.
