Hello,

I have been trying to get the adapter in question to work. The BIOS says
it is enabled and I have recompiled the kernel with almost every
possible ethernet adapter driver. But it just doesn't get detected. The
motherboard is Intel PBA 515338 Professional/GX as far as I know.

I am not sure but I think the device is listed in
/usr/src/sys/dev/mca/mcadevs as Apricot On-Board Ethernet Adapter.
However, the motherboard manual states: "The controller resides on the
Buffered bus of the 82358DT EISA Bus Controller." I am no hardware
expert so it might be that MCA has something to do with the EISA.
