You have two options for using java in mozilla:
1) Install www/mozilla-linux instead of www/mozilla, and then you can use
sun-jre13's plugin with that. Just make a symlink to the plugin that
   the JRE package comes with.
2) Compile a native JDK and use its plugin with a native mozilla build.
   To do this, see http://www.eyesbeyond.com/freebsddom/java/jdk13.html
