Has anyone recently bought or used used a single proc Duron/Athlon board?

I have a Duron 1.2 chip that needs a motherboard. I'll be running
FreeMed http://sourceforge.net/projects/freemed or something similar
on it. I'm looking for something stable and upgradeable. Which DDR 
chipset is netbsd happiest with these days?
