About any body shop will take a tan case and change its color.
Even easier if they are about to paint something else black.
If you're not a jerk (for *their* definition of not a jerk) and
happen to sync up with them well, it might be really cheap.

The best way to do it yourself would be to strip/sand a case,
prime it (really, primer is key) and then paint it a few times.
A clearcoat finish will help it last.

You could do a powder coat, but that's not really easy for
a one off.

Remember that black will show every flaw in the case quite clearly.
