You might want to check out the "Fox Box" at computersurplusoutlet.com

Its cheap, but the shipping might make it prohibitive. Also, it doesn't 
have cutouts for floppy, CD, etc. Its made for an AT MoBo but you could 
likely modify it for ATX (I believe you can still get AT boards running 
up to 550 MHz). I ordered one during a free shipping promo, so you might 
want to keep checking if interested.
