I just realized that I had only responded to Frederick Bruckman
instead of the entire list. (Sorry Frederick!)

As I told Frederick privately, I am not running a window manager. I
use my ~.xinitrc to set my xclients where I like them. I know that
this sounds weird to most of you but the main reason I run X is for
Aterms and Xterms.

Still, at least I know that I wasn't overlooking something in Google.
