Oh c'mon Chuck. ;-)

this is a NetBSD list, asking questions re: security of NetBSD versus some
other BSD isn't going anywhere.

OpenBSD does a REALLY good job of marketing their security, NetBSD doesn't
market as well.  NetBSD markets really well that it runs on darn near any
platform out there.

Of the folks that tell you to use OpenBSD have any of them done a thorough
audit of OpenBSD's source code OR are they just following current
marketing rhetoric.
