Whenn you use the serial bootblock, all kernel messages are printed on
the serial console (even if you don't have one).

~> man 8 installboot
~> cd /usr/mdec
/usr/mdec> installboot biosboot_com0.sym /dev/rwd0a

But this could be dangerous if you don't have a serial console for
maintenance (e.g single user mode is directed to serial too).
