  In  NetBSD 1.5.2 postfix is the part of "base" set, so I think, that
in  the  latest  version  postfix  is  also included. Postfix is now a
stable  product  and  IMHO it is much more configurable, extensive and
clean.  So  you  can  easily  use  this  smtp server(I personally have
successfully used it for a long time and don`t have any problems).

  Sendmail is also in the base part!
