Hi, I'm in the process of upgrading from 1.3E to 1.4.2 and
pcvt got replaced by wscons.  I'm wondering how to use the multiple
screens.  I think I figured out that ctrl-alt-F[1-4] work, but I can't
seem to get init to start up gettys on those screens - do I have to run
wscons.rc before I go to multi-user mode?  kill -s HUP 1 did not start them
as I expected it to.

I have two questions:
1) where are the docs on how to operate wscons
2) why gettys are not starting for me, even with a reasonable /etc/ttys and
   after kicking init in the head with a HUP
