A virus was detected in a document you authored to stephen@systemhouse.ie
with the subject of Questionnaire.
The document contained a file attachment named Notices.scr that was
infected with the virus W32.Klez.H@mm.
We recommend you have your system scanned immediately for viruses to remove
any future occurrences.
The scanned document was QUARANTINED.
