I need to change the keyboard layout in X but haven't seen a way to do it. 
I'm sure there must be a fairly easy way to do it, but can't pin anything 
down.

I'm happily using a Dvorak keyboard on my NetBSD machine at home with a 
system wide keyboard setting, and I've been fine so far at university with 
KDE's keyboard layout support. But I want to change my window manager / 
desktop and can't see any configuration possibilities in any of the others.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
