Eh????

If the mouse is moving too fast, just hack the mouse driver
to divide the received events from the mouse by 2 or 4.
(I'm surprised the options aren't lurking in the codepath
somewhere though...)

IIRC the PS2 mouse protocol has commands for setting the
mouse resoution, netbsd probably doesn't set them - indeed
mouse resets might cause them to be forgotten anyway...
