If wishing made it so, HTML and quoted-printable would bounce, while long
lines would invite an automated warning.  (^&  (The warning would be along
the lines of, ``If you are quoting verbatim a long-lined source, for
technical reasons (e.g., some dmesg output), this is fine.  If you are
just writing `paragraphs', and your email software is unwrapping the text
into long lines, you really should fix this problem on your system.'')

Bounces/warnings should contain text along the lines of, ``Since there are
so many email programs out there, we cannot advise you precisely how to
reconfigure your email program.  Please consult your documentation, or
contact the person or company that provided the software.''
