I don't think that the Lexmark 3200 is compatible with anything
non-Lexmark. However, I recall that the 5700 (indeed, there's a lxm5700m
GhostScript back-end) has limited(??) support. If you search the back
archives (maybe ~2 years back?) for -users or -help, you may find some
messages I remember reading about this topic.

I don't know what's involved in the Lexmark 3200 driver, but if it's
available as a back-end for GhostScript, it *probably* is fairly system
independant and can be dropped into GhostScript in general. (You might
look at the GhostScript home page. I suspect that support for Lexmark
printers comes up often enough to make it onto a FAQ.)

(You might also be able to use the Debian GhostScript gs binary via
NetBSD's LINUX emulation layer. This may be the easiest way to go if you
aren't comfortable with building GhostScript with the 3200 driver on your
own, and can't wait for the driver to work its way into the standard
GhostScript package.)

A second possibility is to install the printer on a cheap PC that you can
dedicate to running MS-WINDOWS (if you have a spare PC that's lying
around, this may be free). Then have the printer exported as a network
service for your real computers to use.
