For those who have the same problem with system date:

First I try to modify mtime, ctime and atime of
root directory (inode 2) with fsdb but only ctime and atime
was changed(why mtime can't be changed?):-(
After that I decide to try a trick:
1)setup current date&time manualy to real date,
2)remove /stand directory (I don't use it, this change mtime
of / automaticly),
3)reboot system
...and everybody was happy!
