hrm, i have a Trident 4DWave Sound card. Sony Vaio computer and when i boot up, i hear my pc speakers and my mic if i talk thru it comes thru the speakers, but i hvae no audio. i ngaim, xmms, and mpg123 if i play something it doesnt come out. Im using esd module and i also tried oss but still doesnt work. i checked mixerctl -a -v settings also. can someone help me? btw i dont have any money to buy a new sound card
