Since moving to i386/NetBSD 1.5ZC kernel mozilla 0.9.9 gives a dialog:
'The connection was refused when attempting to contact www.<site>.com.
This also occurs when attempting to contact locally running httpd at 'localhost'.

The problem doesn't occur when using opera 5 however.  Is there a solution for
this problem?
