I boot from the NetBSD 1.5 (i386) standard boot floppies and everything goes 
fine--partition setup, etc.  However, then I get ready to install the 
packages.  Unfortunately, I cannot determine the correct device name for my 
CD-ROM drive.  I have tried cd0 and cd0a-d none seem to work.  It is a 
standard (although somewhat old) ATAPI CD-ROM drive, set up as my secondary 
slave IDE device.
