I boot from the NetBSD 1.5 (i386) standard boot floppies and everything goes
fine--partition setup, etc. However, then I get ready to install the
packages. Unfortunately, I cannot determine the correct device name for my
CD-ROM drive. I have tried cd0 and cd0a-d none seem to work. It is a
standard (although somewhat old) ATAPI CD-ROM drive, set up as my secondary
slave IDE device.
