There's one bizarre feature of *roff (at least, as far as I know it's
a feature of *roff) that most people don't get and which is ... not so
intuitive:
no more than N args to a macro
that's bitten ... no small number of people over the years.
OK, maybe that's not obvious. maybe that's the point. 8-)
