If I have this is a source file

#include <endian.h>

and make is choking on not being able to find the right file, which of 
the 133 (on my system -- YMMV) should be referenced?

I assume some of these are already being looked at:

/usr/include/sys/endian.h
/usr/pkg/PTL/include/endian.h
/usr/pkg/PTL/include/i386/endian.h
/usr/pkg/PTL/include/sys/endian.h
