All systems can read ISO9660 CDs.

DirectCD and other "packet write" programs for Windows write the CD in UDF
format. I don't know if NetBSD supports this filesystem, but Linux does, so
NetBSD probably can, or can be made to.

UDF is also the format of DVDs.
