Yes.  And it appears to be the following line (line 29):

   <a href="images/NetBSD.jpg"><img src="images/NetBSD-smaller.jpg"

In particular, if you change the jpg to gif, it will work.  Why, I do
not understand, as the images are all fine and the help-browser displays
other pages which contain jpg's, but that's the problem.
