With todays tight timings it may not just be a bad memory stick
per-se, but could simply be too much loading on the motherboard.  You
could easily see a situation where any 2 or the 3 DIMM's will run
reliably but not all 3 together.  In addition to swapping the memory,
one might try to go into the BIOS and crank in some more conservative
timings (eg. CAS 3 instead of CAS 2 etc.).  That should loosen up the
timing a bit.
