Hum, this really looks like a hardware problem. Bad RAM, or bad cache, or
bad CPU.

You could eventually try a 1.5.3_ALPHA kernel (see
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-release-1-5/ for sources)
but I'm not aware of such bugs in 1.5.2 anyway.
