It's in the main FreeBSD CVS repository:
     src/sys/dev/sound/pci/maestro3.c
   Or by cvsweb:
     http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/sys/dev/sound/pci/maestro3.c

Not being a LKM guru, what is entailed in getting this code working
under NetBSD? Has anyone gone through the process of making this an
LKM (and is willing to make it available)?

Cheers,
