It's in the main FreeBSD CVS repository:
  src/sys/dev/sound/pci/maestro3.c
Or by cvsweb:
  http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/sys/dev/sound/pci/maestro3.c

It apparently relies on gnu/dev/sound/pci/maestro3_reg.h and _dsp.h,
which appear to be from ESS, and are probably the same code refered to
earlier in this thread.
