Hello all. I have a problem that seems to be minor,
but still a bit scary when it happens. 

Sometimes when I issue umount to my only msdos
filesystem, my whole machine hangs for about 5 to 10
seconds. That means no mouse movement, no returned
pings... It's completely frozen. I hasn't ever stayed
that way, it always comes out of it. And I can't
consistently recreate it. 

Any ideas on what causes this? Should I be worried
about it?
