get this on configure for an app...

checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 2.2.1) (headers and 
libraries) not found

Im running kde 2.1...

# pkg_info -all|grep qt

lqt2-libs-2.3.0      C++ X GUI toolkit

I remember a message from the kde install about having two versions of QT?
