Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

We just tried it again and this time we got a different error.
For starters here is our config:
/ 1 gig
/swap 2 gig
/usr 2 gig
/var 1 gig
/data - rest of disk  approx 108 gig  (we also tried breaking this into 2-54Gig partitions
with the same result)

Here is the error message we got this time (though we didn't get it before)

status: failed
/sbin/newfs /dev/rld0a
press any key to continue

with 16065 sectors per cylinder, minimum cylinders per group is 64
This requires the block size to be changed from 8192 to 32768 and the fragment size to be
changed from 1024 to 4090.

So... this is probably a little more meaningful.  How and where do we change this?
