If you have already downloaded netatalk-umich-19990130nb2.tgz then put it
into /usr/pkgsrc/distfiles then cd /usr/pkgsrc/net/netatalk and
make install

Assuming that the file you downloaded is what matches the version in
pkgsrc. If not then the system will go out and download the right one.

Read the Packages.txt file in /usr/pkgsrc for information on how to
use the pkgsrc system.
