Eh? diff(1) is for generating difference sets of text files (for manual
inspection or as input for patch(1) in different formats), whereas cmp(1)
is a simple check for determining if two files have the same contents (no
matter if text only or binary data.)  Certainly not the same tool in two
disguises.
