According to the NetBSD Guide, you can find the adjustkernel script at
 	 http://www.feyrer.de/Misc/adjustkernel

(You will need to install perl first; you can find pre-compiled binaries
for it at ftp.netbsd.org in the NetBSD packages collection.)
