HI all,
I have a Belkin OmniCube 2-port KVM switch that switches my monitor and
keyboard and mouse between 2 machines.. and for some reason, during certain
times when i switch the devices from one box to another and back (netbsd and
win2k), my mouse input gets disrupted (mess up) and the mouse pointer go
crazy (all over the place).. i was just wondering if anyone else has
experience this before.. and if so.. how to solve this problem. is there
some way to reset. re-register the mouse if it messes up?.. the only way i
can solve it now is to reboot :P
my mouse is a microsoft ps/2 i believe but for some reason the only
configuration that works when i configure X is /dev/wmouse and protocol
wmouse...
keyboard and monitor works fine when i switch back and forth.. for win2k
this happens too.. sometimes my mouse wont move but then if i switch to
another port and back.. it will work.. however, for netbsd this doesnt cut
it.. please advise.. any help would be greatly appreciated! :))
anthony
