Yep. Worked for me when I tried it (I think I did it with both
mouse-pppoe and flaming penguin pppoe (or whatever it's called ;-). I
used exactly the same configuration that I had used for a dialup ppp
connection. Did you perhaps mistakenly list your ethernet adapter as
the interface? You should be listing "ppp0" as the interface.
