Yup, but it is not a pnp card. He will need to reserve IRQ/DMA(?) in 
the PNP Bios and if there is no bootable disk on it, the SCSI Bios 
will not be installed. Further he will have to install drivers. I thought 
this was one of the messages that frequently show up and request 
drivers for MS stuff.
