Install bash (for example from pkgsrc).
Then use chsh or vipw. Make sure you use the correct path (such as
/usr/pkg/bin/bash).
Some basic information can be found in the passwd(5) -- use "man 5 passwd"
-- and the chsh manual pages.
("apropos shell" should help but it doesn't.)
