Hi. I have two 1.5 boxes. Box A is a sendmail/ipfilter/ipnat
server and Box B is a machine that serves NFS, but is not
mounted by Box A. The kernel that Box A runs has support
for IPSEC but IPSEC is not enabled on either machine in
/etc/defaults/rc.d. The odd behavior I can replicate is:
if I ftp into ftp.kernel.org from Box B, the internal
machine, Box A will crash! I am not able to ping Box A,
and when I try to login to the console directly the keystrokes
do not echo to screen. The only hardware peculiarity is
I have a Promise Ultra100 controller whereas this may not
be officially supported in NetBSD-1.5.
Thanks for reading this.
